1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MaskIT LLC ("MaskIT", "we", "us", "our") website, available at www.maskiit.com (the "Website"), and all purchases made through the Website. By accessing or using the Website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or place an order.

2. Use of Website

  • You may browse and purchase products on the Website for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its functionality.

  • All content on the Website (text, images, designs, logos, etc.) is the property of MaskIT LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

3. Ordering Process

  • You may order as a guest or create an account.

  • After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance.

  • MaskIT may cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion, including for reasons such as limited stock, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraud.

  • If your order is cancelled after payment, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

  • A legally binding contract is formed once payment is accepted and your order is shipped.

4. Prices and Currency

  • All prices are listed in United States dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

  • Shipping costs, handling fees, taxes, duties, and VAT (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • You are responsible for paying all applicable charges.

5. Payment Methods

  • We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay.

  • By submitting payment, you confirm you are the authorized account holder.

  • If your payment fails or is declined, MaskIT is not obligated to fulfill your order.

6. Availability and Product Descriptions

  • All products are custom-made to order and subject to availability.

  • While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur in descriptions, images, or pricing. MaskIT reserves the right to correct such errors and cancel affected orders.

  • Product images are illustrative; colors and finishes may vary slightly depending on your device display.

7. Custom Products & Quantity Limits

  • Each skin is produced specifically for the model and options you select.

  • Orders cannot be canceled or changed once production begins.

  • MaskIT may impose limits on quantities per order, per customer, or per household.

  • We reserve the right to restrict or refuse sales to resellers or distributors.

8. Title and Risk of Loss

  • Title to products transfers to you once your order leaves our facility.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you at the same time.

  • MaskIT is not responsible for delays or losses after shipment, but we will assist with replacements if shipping issues occur.

9. Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Estimated shipping times:

    • USA, UK, EU: 3–8 business days

    • Canada, Australia: 6–12 business days

    • Rest of World: 7–14 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, postal delays, or holidays.

  • Duties, VAT, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

10. Returns & Refunds

11. No Warranties

Products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaskIT disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions, so certain limitations may not apply.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order, excluding shipping, taxes, and duties. MaskIT is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wyoming, USA.

14. General Provisions

  • These Terms, together with your invoice, form the entire agreement between you and MaskIT.

  • If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

  • MaskIT’s failure to enforce any right shall not be considered a waiver.

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on the Website.
