Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy
Customized Products
All MaskIT products are custom cut-to-order for the exact device and design you select. Because of this, cancellations and change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted once production has begun.
Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production starts. Once your order enters production, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@maskiit.com with your order number.
Returns & Refunds
Refunds or replacements are only offered in the following cases:

The product arrives damaged during shipping.

The wrong size, design, or item was shipped.

A manufacturing defect makes the product unusable.
To request a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@maskiit.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Color Disclaimer
Please note that colors may appear differently depending on your monitor, phone, or screen settings. Slight variations in shade, brightness, or finish do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
Not Eligible
We cannot provide refunds or returns in these cases:

Incorrect model or device information was provided by the customer.

Change of mind (wrong color/design preference).

Normal wear and tear after installation.

Minor color variations due to screen display differences.
Undelivered Goods
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will arrange a reshipment.
Refunds are not available for delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

If you haven’t received your refund after this timeframe, first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary.

If you have confirmed with them and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@maskiit.com and we will assist further.
Important Notice
Due to the unique nature of our printing process, the exact colors and design displayed on the website may vary slightly on the final product. MaskIT reserves the right to adjust the composition of any selected design in order to ensure the best possible print quality.
This may involve minor cropping, stretching, or scaling of the artwork to optimize the overall layout for your specific device.
